The Founder

Grounded in Experience
The founder of Pinnacle Elevations Consulting LLC is a former New York City educator with over 24 years of experience in education, leadership, curriculum development, special education support, tutoring, and professional development.
Her journey began in the NYC public school system, where she spent years in the classroom teaching Science and Biology, developing a deep understanding of how students learn — and what they need to truly thrive. Over time, she moved into instructional leadership, coaching teachers and designing curricula that centered student success.
As a Special Education specialist, she became a fierce advocate for students with IEPs and their families — helping parents navigate complex systems and ensuring every child received the support they deserved.
In 2020, she founded Pinnacle Elevations Consulting LLC to bring her expertise directly to families, students, and educators who needed it most — outside the walls of any single school. Today, Pinnacle Elevations serves clients across New York City and beyond, with both in-person and online support.
